A section: The defeat of Measure 30 will bring a $13 million cut in statewide court operation budgets. A separate budget to pay lawyers to represent low-income criminal defendants will take a separate cut of $9.9 million. A budget reduction summary on page A6 Wednesday incorrectly stated where the cuts will occur.
