CORRECTIONS.

A story in Friday's edition about New Mexico School for the Deaf teacher Kris Eaton receiving a "Teachers Who Inspire" honor said she learned American Sign Language at Gallaudet University. Eaton started studying ASL ASL - Algebraic Specification Language  at The University of New Mexico The University of New Mexico (UNM) is a public university in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was founded in 1889. It also offers multiple bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and professional degree programs in all areas of the arts, sciences, and engineering.  and was fluent before attending Gallaudet University.

An item in Sunday's paper about concierge Inger Boudouris incorrectly stated where she works. Boudouris is the concierge at Hotel St. Francis, and has been for 24 years.

The New Mexican will correct factual errors in its news stories. Errors should be brought to the attention of the city editor at 986-3035.
