(OTCBB:PLUD) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding detailing the proposed acquisition of Pascal Energy Inc. a company incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada, by Prelude Ventures, Inc., a Nevada Corporation. Prelude is acquiring one hundred percent of the stock of Pascal Energy Inc., making Pascal a wholly owned subsidiary of Prelude.
