Peter C.B. Bynoe is a partner in the law firm of Piper Rudnick and serves on the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Bynoe focuses his practice on the development and financing of major infrastructure projects and has negotiated new stadium/arena deals for the Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, the Miami Heat, the Washington Redskins, the Milwaukee Brewers and the Columbus Blue Jackets. Prior to joining Piper Rudnick, Mr. Bynoe managed Telemat Ltd., a business consulting firm where he gained substantial project management and financial services experience. Mr. Bynoe has also served as the Managing General Partner of the National Basketball Association's Denver Nuggets. He is currently a Director of Uniroyal Technology Corporation. He also serves as Chairman of the Chicago Plan Commission and as a Director of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. Mr. Bynoe earned his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and he received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Harold I. Shain is President and Chief Operating Officer of Newsweek, Inc. responsible for Newsweek's day-to-day business operations. Previously he served as executive vice president, general manager and U.S. publisher and directed Newsweek's ad sales and marketing staffs, and the magazine's overall advertising strategy. Newsweek has enjoyed healthy profitability during Mr. Shain's tenure and achieved record-high levels for circulation and audience. Mr. Shain also engineered the purchase of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel magazine, which was the first acquisition in Newsweek's history. Prior to Newsweek, he held positions with Boardroom Reports, Family Computing, a Scholastic, Inc. publication, New York magazine and Times-Mirror Magazines. In 1990, Target Marketing magazine named Mr. Shain in their annual listing of the most influential individuals in the direct marketing industry. Mr. Shain has a B.A. in economics and accounting from Brooklyn College and has completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program.
