In BW5522, issued Sept. 4, 2003, (PA-TRANS-HEALTHCARE) appoints Bradley Bennett CFO, third graph, sixth line should read xxx in 1987 and in 1988 (sted in 1987 and in 1998). TRANS HEALTHCARE, INC. APPOINTS BRADLEY BENNETT CFO

Trans Healthcare, Inc., (THI) announced today that it has appointed W. Bradley Bennett as their Chief Financial Officer following their assumption of the operations of the Long Term Care facilities formerly owned and operated by Integrated Health Services, Inc. (IHS).

Mr. Bennett, who was with Integrated Health Services, Inc. for twelve years, was appointed CFO of IHS by the restructuring firm of Alvarez and Marsal in 2001. Prior to assuming the role of CFO, Mr. Bennett was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IHS' Long Term Care Division. Mr. Bennett began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987 and in 1988 became a C.P.A. in the State of Maryland.

Mr. Bennett is a 1987 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, receiving the Whelan Medal for highest average in all majors and the Lybrand Medal for highest average accounting major.
