SCB Computer Technology (OTC BB: SCBI) today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended July 31, 2003 on Wednesday, August 20, 2003.

Michael Boling, chief financial officer of SCB Computer Technology, said, "The company expects, at a minimum, to meet guidance previously given." On June 19, 2003, the Company had announced that it expected revenue to be in the range of $25 million to $27 million and net income to be in the range of $.01 to $.03 per fully diluted share in the first quarter of fiscal 2004.

The Company plans to conduct a conference call to go over the first quarter operating results on the same day at 11:00 AM EDT. The call is expected to run approximately 45 minutes.
