SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 2004

In BW5159 issued Jan. 26, 2004: Headline of release should read: Subsidiary Arizona Land Corporation (sted Subsidy subsidy, financial assistance granted by a government or philanthropic foundation to a person or association for the purpose of promoting an enterprise considered beneficial to the public welfare.  Arizona Land Corporation).

Also, second graph, first sentence of release should read: St. Johns, Arizona St. Johns (Navajo: Tsézhin Deezʼáhí) is a city in Apache County, Arizona, USA. According to 2006 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3,538.[1] The city is the county seat of Apache CountyGR6.  (sted St. John, Arizona)

:OMGV) (formerly Office Managers, Inc.) subsidiary Arizona Land Corporation announces an additional land purchase at Elk Valley Elk Valley is a valley in southeastern British Columbia that runs via the basin of the Elk River from the southeastern Alberta border near Kananaskis to the Rocky Mountain Trench.  Ranch in Apache County, Arizona.

The purchase is of 2 lots totaling 75.00 acres of property at Elk Valley Ranch located just fifteen miles east of St. Johns, Arizona. Every ranch property has been carefully surveyed to take full advantage of the surrounding landscape and its unique features. As only a small percentage of land in Arizona can be purchased, the company sees great potential for land holdings in Arizona.
