Natural Health Trends Corp. (OTCBB:NHLC) announced today that it has completed a Database Purchase Agreement with Global Vision, a division of Golden Moor, Inc., a Canadian company, whereby Global Vision's distributor database has been transferred to the Company's eKaire subsidiary which is also based in Canada. In addition, NHTC acquired the worldwide and exclusive rights to market and sale the Golden Moor line of therapeutic consumer mud products within the direct sales marketplace. Financial terms of the Database Purchase and Product Rights Agreement were not disclosed.

Since 1987, Golden Moor has manufactured a line of high quality consumer mud products extracted from a natural bog in Canada that is totally protected from pollution. The bog produces a superior quality of mud due to its high levels of humic acids. These humic acids contained in the mud bath, mud mask and body wrap products assist with arthritic and rheumatic pain and can provide a sense of well being to the user.
