Pursuant to a settlement agreement, all parties have agreed to dismiss the pending claims and counter-claims in the litigation.

We are pleased that we were able to work constructively with Glow Industries to come to a resolution," said Michele Scannavini, President, Lancaster Group Worldwide. Mr. Scannavini also commended Terri Williamson, president and co-founder of Glow Industries, for developing her well-received GLOW line of bath, body care and fragrance products.

"I am pleased that the litigation has been resolved and that all parties can now focus on the future," said Ms. Williamson.

Under the agreement, Glow Industries will continue to use the GLOW mark on its bath, body care and fragrance products during a limited transition period. Ms. Lopez will also continue to own and use the Glow by JLO JLO Jennifer Lopez
