As well, the Employers' Coalition on Medicare launched an aggressive education outreach Education outreach is a variation of Cause Marketing and/or Strategic Philanthropy and other focused Public Affairs activities that are specific to education. These programs may include:

 initiative, coordinating with its member companies to encourage concerned employees and retirees to convey their support for a Medicare drug benefit consistent with the priorities expressed by the coalition.
