CXO Systems, a leading provider of one-touch executive visibility systems, today announced the appointment of John Busa to vice president of Product Management. The appointment of Mr. Busa reinforces CXO System's strategic vision to continue building and delivering its integrated Operational Dashboard products.

Mr. Busa brings 15 years of experience in the commercial software industry to CXO Systems. In his new role, Mr. Busa will lead CXO's product management activities as the company builds upon its market success of providing a single software solution which dramatically increases the value while cutting the costs of composite-based Business Dashboards. The CXO Systems platform allows customers to gain a one-touch view of their businesses without cumbersome traditional technologies such as EAI, Data Warehousing or additional expenditures on Enterprise Applications.

Prior to joining CXO Systems, Mr. Busa was senior vice president, Research and Development for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), a product development, collaboration, and information management software company. During his tenure at PTC, Mr. Busa played a key role in the growth of the company from a $3 million per year revenue start-up, to a $1 billion per year market leader. His previous roles within PTC included vice president, Production Applications Marketing and Development, vice president, Quality Assurance and vice president, Marketing Operations.
