Lois Polansky, 63, is a white female with short, straight auburn hair. She is approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, Ms. Polansky was wearing black Capri pants, a red V-neck collar t-shirt, and black sandals. She frequently wears rose-tinted glasses.

She was last seen on Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at approximately 9:20 AM making a deposit inside the GreenPoint Bank branch located at 1145 Willis Avenue in Albertson, New York Albertson is a hamlet (and census-designated place) in Nassau County, New York, United States. The population was 5,200 at the 2000 census. Geography

 (near Roslyn).

E-Z E-Z Engdahl-Zigangirov (bound)  Pass records show that Ms. Polansky's car, a 1997 Green Honda CRV with New York license plate number AKX-4034, crossed North bound over the Throgs Neck Bridge The Throgs Neck Bridge is a suspension bridge opened on January 11, 1961 carrying Interstate 295 over the East River where it meets the Long Island Sound. The bridge connects the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx with the Bayside section of Queens.  at 9:56 AM on Tuesday, July 1.

There have been no further leads as to her whereabouts after crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge and it is not known if her vehicle headed towards I-95 North (New England) or I-95 South (Bronx / George Washington Bridge George Washington Bridge, vehicular suspension bridge across the Hudson River, between Manhattan borough of New York City and Fort Lee, N.J.; constructed 1927–31.
