To date they have delivered three concepts that have signed agreements with BGR, KoKoPelli's Mexican Grill, Pauli's Home of the SteakBurger, and most recently Cousin Vinnie's Italian Diner. He also noted that ARDC is in negotiations with several other concepts that they hope to introduce to BGR in the coming months. Cousin Vinnie's, Pauli's and the other new concepts have a different format than KoKoPelli's and should generate greater revenues. Shareholder value was also discussed at the meeting. Miller stated that he believed that the recently announced stock dividend combined with the anticipated revenue would be a "win-win" for both BGR and its shareholders.
