CORRECTING AND REPLACING: Issue of New Shares in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ).


STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- The following amendment should be made to the 'Issue of New Shares in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ)' announcement released on Friday May 11 at 15.14 BST (convention) BST - British Summer Time. The name for daylight-saving time in the UK GMT time zone. .

The second paragraph should read "Following above mentioned issue, the correct total number of shares outstanding amounts to 77,543,956" and not "Following above mentioned issue, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 71,501,600" as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged. The full corrected text appears below.

In accordance with Carnegie's 2004/2007 warrant programme, 140,200 shares have been issued at SEK SEK
