:CLN) announced today that it will hold its regular quarterly shareholders' conference call at 11:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, September 16, 2003. To participate in the call, interested parties can dial 800-884-5695 (domestic) and 617-786-2960 (international), (access code: 13715574) to register ten minutes before the call is scheduled to begin.

The call will be archived for 24-hour replay from Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. through 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2003. The replay can be accessed at 888-286-8010 and 617-801-6888 (international #) (with an access code of 91889721). The call will also be available on the Company's web site, http://www.celsion.com/, for 90 days after 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2003.
