Jeffrey Muencz has rejoined Beachwood, Ohio-based Monteflore as nursing facility vice president. in addition to long term care, Monefiore provides geriatric assessment, short-term posthospital care, home health care, and hospice.

Susan Carpenter has joined The Wartburg Adult Care Community as administrator for its assisted living program. Before joining the Mt. Vernon, N.Y.-based Lutheran ministry, Carpenter was assistant executive director of CareMatrix's Chancellor Park at Laurelwood in Ridgefleld, Conn.

Jonathan Lundberg has joined Walker Methodist Health Center, a notfor-profit nursing home in Minneapolis, as administrator.

Edward Truscelli was promoted to vice president of planning and development for Presbyterian Homes & Services in Princeton, N.J.

Anzella Kelley has been named director of nursing for St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Gibsonia, Pa.
