Kelly Price has resigned as chief financial officer of Seattle-base Emeritus Assisted Living. No replacement has been announced.

Richard Shreder has been named operations vice president of Portland, Oregon-based Regent Assisted Living's Northwest region. Darcie Ryan has been named national health services director.

Keith Myers has been named president and CEO of Montefiore, a Beachwood, Ohio, facility provident long-term care, short-term post-hospital care, home health, geriatric assessment, and hospice.

ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, a West Point, Pa.-based owner and operator of 15 CCRCs, has named Gerald Grant senior vice president, financial services, and chief financial officer; Daniel Irwin, senior vice president, southern division; and Mark Vanderbeck, senior vice president, northern division.

Milwaukee-based Extendicare Health Services has promoted Jeff Ray to area controller of Wisconsin operations, named Sally Hoffart reimbursement specialist, and promoted Randy Setzer to senior manager of reimbursement services. Marlys Lee and Helen McDowell have joined the company as regional accountant and staff accountant, respectively. Extendicare owns and/or manages more than 240 skilled nursing, rehabilitation, subacute, assisted living, and retirement centers in 14 states.
