Fiennes takes `Ivanov' home: Academy Award nominee Ralph Fiennes Ralph Nathaniel Fiennes, (IPA: [ˈreɪf ˈfaɪnz], born 22 December 1962) is a Tony Award-winning, Academy Award-nominated and Genie Award-nominated English actor.  will lead the cast of the first foreign production of a Chekhov play to be seen at Moscow's historic Maly Theater. Fiennes, who has been Oscar-nominated for his role in ``The English Patient,'' will play the title role in British playwright David Hare's version of Anton Chekhov's first and little-known play, ``Ivanov.'' Fiennes has been starring in the role at the Almeida Theater in London. Jonathan Kent's critically acclaimed staging of the play caught the attention of the Maly Theater, which has invited the Almeida Theater Company to give three performances April 24-26. The Maly, Russia's oldest theater, last staged ``Ivanov'' more than 35 years ago.

Hot sales trio to front Junos: Celine Dion, Shania Twain and Alanis Morissette are expected to dominate the 26th annual Juno Awards, which will honor the best in Canadian music. The three artists, who have sold 50 million albums among them worldwide, are slated to receive the first-ever International Achievement Award at the Juno celebration in Hamilton, Ontario.
