VALENCIA - The 16th annual Wine Classic promises to be the biggest yet for wine connoisseurs and music lovers, offering a huge variety of wines from both wineries and merchants, gourmet food from some of the Santa Clarita Santa Clarita, city (1990 pop. 110,642), Los Angeles co., S Calif., suburb 30 mi (48 km) NW of downtown Los Angeles, on the Santa Clara River; inc. 1987. ``The Wine Classic has become so popular and well-attended that we had no choice but to find a larger facility,'' said Sue Bozman, executive co-director of the Wine Classic committee. ``The main room is much larger, with more space for people to spread out. The SCV Youth Orchestra is a three-tiered instrumental educational program that was founded at CalArts in 1969 and moved to College of the Canyons in 1989.
