CORE Realty Holdings Names Jonathan Harmer Chief Financial Officer.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- CORE Realty Holdings, LLC, a leader in the real estate services and investment management industries, announced today that Jonathan "Jonny" Harmer, CPA has been named as Chief Financial Officer.

"Jonny's considerable and diverse experience in real estate, accounting, and tax will serve CORE well as we continue to expand both our products and services to investors," said William R. "Russ" Colvin, President and CEO of CORE.

Prior to joining CORE, Harmer served as Chief Financial Officer for Meridian Development, LLC in Incline Village, NV for nearly three years. Harmer played a leading role in securing institutional financing in excess of $140 million and private equity of $40 million. Harmer was also responsible for managing the external audit process of all entities.

Prior to joining Meridian Development, LLC, Harmer held senior positions with Meredith & Associates, CPA, Ernst & Young LLP and InsideOut Development LLC for six years.

Harmer earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1999, and a master's degree in tax and accounting in 1999, both from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
