CORE Realty Holdings Appoints Henry Fitzpatrick Vice President/Finance and Operations.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Henry J. Fitzpatrick, 47, was appointed to the newly-created position of Vice President/Finance and Operations, it was announced today by CORE Realty Holdings, LLC.

"Henry is establishing the accounting systems and controls for our internal property management division and will directly supervise all financial-related activities for seven properties at present and more than double that number by year's end," according to William R. "Russ" Colvin, President and CEO.

"While we will always utilize third-party property managers for special situations, Henry's division will allow us to build upon our already solid property portfolio with the goal of making them superior properties with enhanced returns to our investors," he added.

Fitzpatrick is a Certified Public Accountant with 23 years of experience in real estate finance, accounting, development, property management, facility management and project management. Prior to joining CORE, he was with CB Richard Ellis's Newport Beach, California office for 12 years, the last eight of which were as Account Finance Officer. Previously, Fitzpatrick held various controller positions for eight years with three Newport Beach developers/property managers, including Trammell Crow Company.

From 1983 to 1986, Fitzpatrick was with the national accounting firm of KPMG in the Newport Beach office as an auditor and tax specialist. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business/economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983.
