COPS SAY SORRY OVER BUS DRIVER'S ROYAL PARK ASBO.Byline: Jane Hamilton A COACH driver hit with an ASBO ASBO Brit antisocial behaviour order for driving his bus through a royal park has received an apology from the police. Victor Radzynski was pulled over by plain-clothes officers in Edinburgh's Holyrood Park two months ago and told he had broken an ancient law. The furious father-of-four refused to accept the punishment. Now he's been told the ASBO has been lifted in a letter of apology from Lothian and Borders Lothian and Borders is an area in south-east Scotland consisting of the East Lothian, City of Edinburgh, Midlothian, West Lothian areas (collectively known as Lothian) along with the Scottish Borders. Deputy Chief Constable Deputy Chief Constable (DCC) is the second highest rank in all British territorial police forces (except the Metropolitan Police, in which the equivalent rank is Deputy Assistant Commissioner, and City of London Police, in which the equivalent rank is Assistant Mike McCormick. Grandad Victor, 59, said: "This should never have happened in the first place. "I wasn't prepared to have an ASBO against me when I hadn't done a thing to deserve it." In his letter, Mr McCormick told Victor the two officers who dealt with him had been spoken to over concerns about the way they had treated him, and he apologised on behalf of the force.
