COPS SAY DON'T USE GUNS TO CELEBRATE.

Although every year local law enforcement send out warnings about the dangers of shooting guns in the air at the stroke of midnight, the bulletin has taken on an urgency with the coming of the new millennium, authorities said Wednesday.
