 Congress appears poised to enact last-minute legislation that would force most corporations to pay higher estimated quarterly tax bills in exchange for extending a dozen expiring tax provisions.
 This tax change could adversely affect the cash-flow of many companies, however it does not increase taxes but merely speeds up collections.
