Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on : "COOP") reported that net income for the quarter ended June 30, 1999, was $673,396 or $0.23 per share compared to $668,800 or $0.21 per share for the same quarter in 1998.
