Combine green onions, sweet pickle, pimiento, hard-cooked eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Toss with potato mixture. Chill. Sprinkle with parsley. Edge bowl with cucumber and radish slices. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 8 servings. COLE SLAW, THE ORIGINAL PANTRY-STYLE 1 2/3 cups mayonnaise 1/3 cup sugar 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard and celery seeds Dash black pepper 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3/4 cup half-and-half 1/2 teaspoon salt OR seasoned salt 2 heads cabbage, finely shredded Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil with wire whisk. Add garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, celery seeds, pepper, lemon juice, half-and-half and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage in a large bowl, tossing until well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Makes 12 to 16 servings. NOTE: Dressing can be prepared ahead and kept 2 to 3 days, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 3 1/2 cups dressing.
