Thought you might like to have copies, too. Both are easy to make. The chocolate chip Chocolate chips are small chunks of chocolate. Mrs. Fields and her husband started their business in the late 1970s, opening the first of many retail bakeries in Palo Alto, California, selling Cookie Book'' by Debbie Fields. There are no nuts in this recipe, but if you prefer them, add 1/2 cup of your favorite chopped nuts along with the chocolate chips. Bake in preheated 300-degree oven about 22 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies. BANANA SPLIT PIE 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 3 1/2 cups milk 1 package (4-serving size) INSTANT vanilla pudding and pie filling mix 1 prepared graham cracker crust 3 to 4 bananas, sliced 1 can (15 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained Whipped cream OR frozen whipped topping In a bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thick. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Top with bananas and crushed pineapple. Spread whipped cream on top.
