A Sherman Oaks reader is in need of recipes that will get rave reviews when she takes them to potluck parties. She certainly will get raves from the variety of dishes sent in by four readers. Suzanne Raymond has been making Italian Delight for 40 years. She explains it is the perfect take-along for potluck dinners, is easy to make and everyone loves it. Patty Frozina has many requests for her Hash Brown Hash browns or hashed browns are a simple potato preparation in which potato pieces are pan-fried after being diced, riced, shredded, or julienned.
