If so, the Daily News business department wants to hear from you. We're looking for contestants for our next stock-picking contest, which will start at the end of summer. We'll be ``giving'' each of our contestants $100,000 in a fictitious account, to invest as they see fit. After six months, we'll declare a winner and you could be the pride of your block.
If you'd like to be considered for one of the spots, please drop us a letter that tells us who you are, where you live and your experience in the market. Don't forget to include your phone number, too.
Mail the letter to: Daily News Stock-Picking Contest, c/o Deborah Adamson, PO Box 4200, Woodland Hills CA 91367-4200. Or you can fax it to (818) 713-0058.
Or, drop us an e-mail at DNBizaol.com.
We'll notify the contestants by mid-July. The others will be considered for future contests.
