Ramrod must spend US$2.5 million by the end of May, 1995, and will then have the option to spend a further US$7 million by the end of May 1997 to earn its 51% interest. The company has so far spent approximately US$1.5 million on the Atlanta property in the form of an underground and a surface drill program. The current drill program is designed to prove up a mineable underground reserve, as well as to expand the near surface reserves. Ramrod and Atlanta are pleased to announce additional positive results from underground drill holes recently completed at the Atlanta Property. As projected from previous drilling, the drill holes in this program have consistently intersected strong, continuous vein structures which contain significant gold values that may be mined by underground methods. These successful results are providing economic downdip extension. To date, twenty four core holes have been completed for a total of 5,847 feet out of a scheduled 12,000 foot program. -0-
