until the ice breaks up on the lake. Holes D95-125 through D95-167 plus hole D95-176 were released earlier this year. Since that time most of the holes were drilled from the ice of Damoti Lake in the vicinity of BIF BIF

1. Two new sections, at 2090N and 2070N respectively, were drilled with several closely-spaced, mostly-vertical holes to see if the model developed on the South Peninsula A peninsula is a piece of land that is bordered on three sides by water. These confirmed that the East flank flank (flank) the side of the body between ribs and ilium.

the model discussed in number 1 above. This thick zone also continues to the North and needs to be extended by drilling. See hole D95-177 below, for example.

3. In some scout holes drilled between North Island and BIF Island encouraging intersections of good grade gold were encountered showing that there are some new zones which could add substantial tonnage TONNAGE, mar. law. The capacity of a ship or vessel.

and grade to the known zones and which need to be tested. See holes D95-196 and D95-201 below.

4. Four holes drilled in a new area North of North Island all hit significant gold values, thus showing that the structures and gold zones continue a yet-to-be-determined distance to the North. This will require a substantial program to test and define. See holes D95-192, D95-203, D95-205, D95-207 below. -0-

In summary it can be said that the numerous zones at Damoti Lake continue to develop into important gold deposits. To fully test these will require the following:

1. More drilling in the several promising South Peninsula areas. Further mapping and sampling will precede this drilling and will start as soon as the snow and ice are gone.

2. Further mapping and sampling on the mainland North of North Island.

3. Further drilling between BIF and North Islands as well as North of North Island. Some of this will have to await AWAIT, crim. law. Seems to signify what is now understood by lying in wait, or way-laying.  good ice conditions later this year.

Management remains convinced that an important gold resource is present at Damoti Lake and that work should continue toward its exploration and exploitation. -0- A complete listing of the latest holes and assay results follow: -0-
