CONSOLIDATED PRODUCTS & SERVICES, INC. ELECTS NEW DIRECTORS.

BRAINTREE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1995--Consolidated Products & Services, Inc. announced today the election of Mr. David Clapper, Mr. Kenneth P. Fallon, III, Mr. J. Edward Lary, and Mr. Richard J. Meelia to its Board of Directors.

The mission of CP&S, Inc. is to provide competitive employment for people with disabilities and to manufacture, distribute and sell medical products of the highest quality. CP&S is a not-for-profit organization, formed in 1981, which manufactures hot and cold therapy products for the medical, sports, first aid and safety markets.

John F. White, Chairman of the Board, said, "Within the past year, CP&S has hired a dynamic new President, Mr. Brad Washburne, and has relocated to a new facility to upgrade its operations and to enter an accelerating growth phase. Our new Board members bring the leadership and experience necessary to help CP&S grow its business and fulfill its mission to increase employment of individuals with disabilities."

Mr. Clapper, 43, is Chief Executive Officer and President of Focal, Inc., based in Lexington, MA. He has recently served on the Board of Directors of Critikon, Inc. and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, both medical device divisions of Johnson & Johnson. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bowling Green University. Mr. Clapper resides in Sudbury and has two children.

Mr. Fallon, 56, is presently Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of UltraCision, Inc., a venture-backed medical device manufacturer based in Smithfield, RI. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since February, 1994 and as Chairman since February, 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and has an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. Mr. Fallon resides in Chestnut Hill and has six children.

Mr. Lary, 49, is Corporate Vice President of Millipore Corporation, based in Bedford, MA. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors of Antigen Express, Inc., a start-up pharmaceutical development firm, specializing in immune disorder therapeutics. He received a B.S. from Pratt Institute. Mr. Lary resides in Pomfret Center, CT and has two children.

Mr. Meelia, 46, is Group President for Kendall Healthcare, a $500 million healthcare business of The Kendall Company based in Mansfield, MA. He has been Group President since 1991 and was formerly President of Infusaid, Inc., a division of Pfizer. He is a graduate of St. Anselm College and has an M.B.A. from Boston College. Mr. Meelia resides in Walpole and has three children.
