 CONSOLIDATED PRODUCTS' S.M. HUSE RESIGNS
 INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Consolidated Products, Inc.


(NASDAQ: COPIC) today announced the resignation of its vice chairman and president, Stephen M. Huse, who is leaving to devote full time to his personal business interests. Huse's resignation is effective Dec. 31, 1991. He will continue as a director of the company until its stockholders' annual meeting in February 1992.
 E.W. Kelley, chairman, will assume the duties of president and chief executive officer until a successor has been appointed. James Williamson, Jr., a director of the company and the former president and chief executive officer, will give increased assistance to Kelley in the management of the company during this interim period.
