CONSOLIDATED GRAPHICS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF GARNER PRINTING OF DES MOINES.


HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 1996--Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:COGI COGI Coalition on Government Information (also known as the Minnesota Coalition on Government Information, or MNCOGI; promotes open access to public records) ) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Garner Printing of Des Moines, Iowa “Des Moines” redirects here. . Garner, a high-quality, full-service, sheet-fed printer, has been serving the Iowa printing market since 1928. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Garner's five sheet-fed presses have up to seven-color capability and are complemented by state-of-the-art prepress equipment and complete bindery A NetWare file used for security and accounting in the early NetWare 2.x and 3.x versions. The bindery pertained only to the server it resided in and contained the names and passwords of users authorized to log in to that server. .
