CONSOLIDATED GRAPHICS, INC. COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF HERITAGE GRAPHICS OF PHOENIX.


HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 1995--Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:COGI COGI Coalition on Government Information (also known as the Minnesota Coalition on Government Information, or MNCOGI; promotes open access to public records) ) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Heritage Graphics, Inc., one of the largest commercial printing companies in Phoenix, Arizona Phoenix /ˈfiːˌnɪks/ (English: Phoenix, Navajo: Hoozdo, lit. "the place is hot", Western Apache: Fiinigis) is the capital and the most populous city of the U.S. . Heritage is Consolidated Graphics' first entry into the dynamic Phoenix market and its sixth acquisition since going public in June 1994. Terms of the acquisition agreement were not disclosed.
