Each unit will consist of i) one common share at a price of $0.15 ii) One flow-through share at a price of $0.15 and iii) two share purchase warrants. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of CGK at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of one year. The agreement further grants Sheridan Platinum Group Mines Ltd. an option to purchase a 50 per cent ownership interest in CGK's Ungava property consisting of exploration licenses covering two large iron ore deposits over an area of 295 km2 located on the western side of Ungava Bay, Northern Quebec. These deposits were originally owned and explored in the late fifties by Oceanic Iron Ore (Quebec) Ltd. and International Iron Ore Ltd. who reported total possible ore of 1 billion tons. Laboratory tests of bulk samples indicated that the ore can be beneficiated quite readily into a concentrate containing 65 per cent iron. This option may be exercised for a period of 18 months from the date of closing at an exercise price of $100,000. The agreement is subject to the approval of the Alberta Stock Exchange.
