(the "Corporation") announces that in the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 2, 1995, the shareholders of the Corporation will be asked to approve a resolution to change the name of the Corporation to "CFS CFS abbr. chronic fatigue syndrome CFS, n.pr See syndrome, chronic fatigue. In that meeting, the shareholders will also be asked to approve, among other corporate matters, the acquisition from the majority shareholder of the Corporation of the controlling interests in certain business entities which are engaged in the manufacturing, importing, and retailing of garments in Canada, Hong Kong and China. The Directors of the Corporation believe that this change of name, by removing the reference to "Resources", accurately portrays the business thrust of the Corporation to broaden its base of operation to businesses unrelated to natural resources.
