CONIX Systems Launches ELO.

New Product Moves Fraud Processing into Day 1 and Eliminates X9.37 Exchange Issues

MANCHESTER, Vt. -- CONIX Systems Inc., a leading international provider of payment processing solutions to the financial services industry, announced today at the 2007 BAI TransPay Conference & Expo the launch of Exchange Lights Out(TM) (ELO(TM)), a solution designed to guarantee accurate X9.37 files and eliminate the risk of duplicates and double postings during the payments processing operation. ELO operates without the need of human intervention, thus the term "Lights Out."

ELO works in conjunction with financial institutions' existing image exchange software to improve the accuracy and reliability of the exchange process. X9.37 is the recognized standard exchange format; however, many variations exist. ELO performs a conversion from any of the multiple variations to a format chosen by the receiving bank. In addition, ELO also validates the exchange file for accuracy, automatically corrects errors, rebalances the file, and automatically creates the necessary adjustments to the sending bank. ELO also ensures that duplicate postings do not occur and that duplicate exchange files will never be transmitted from the bank.
