CONEXIS Releases Fourth Quarter Performance Results.


National Leader in Benefits Administration Exceeds All Standards

DALLAS -- CONEXIS, a division of The Word & Brown Companies and the national leader in quality in the complex areas of COBRA/HIPAA, Flexible Benefits, Direct Bill and other benefit administration services, announced perfectfourth quarter performance results, meeting all 95 standards for the period and 333 of 334 standards for calendar year 2007.

CONEXIS introduced the industry's first and only performance standards and guarantees program for all clients, regardless of company size. Each quarter, CONEXIS is at risk for losing more than $1 million in client fees if it does not meet or exceed these established service benchmarks. To ensure performance results are measured and reported accurately, CONEXIS has a dedicated department monitoring standards of performance versus actual results on a daily basis. The Quality, Performance and Risk Management Department is an independent internal audit team that monitors and reports on operational performance.
