In this role, De Stefano will be responsible for managing all Client Service operations nationally, including CONEXIS' recently announced Performance Standards and Guarantees initiative. CONEXIS' Performance Standards and Guarantees, the most extensive in the industry provided to all clients, were unveiled at the Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 56th annual conference in New Orleans last month.

De Stefano spent the last 2 years with CitiStreet, and prior to that spent 13 years with Ceridian (formerly ABR Information Services, Inc.) as executive director of Client Services.
