CONEJO VALLEY: BRIEFLY : WESTLAKE POSTPONES PICKING CITY HALL SITE.


WESTLAKE Westlake, city (1990 pop. 27,018), Cuyahoga co., NE Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland; inc. as a city 1956. A growing city, its various manufactures include ink and plastics.  VILLAGE - City Council members have postponed making a recommendation on where to build a new City Hall and library for a couple months until they receive more information.

Council members said they wanted more information on options considered late last year that were not included in a recent report. One of those options is the Foxfield Drive lot, which the city must turn over to the Las Virgenes Unified School District Las Virgenes Unified School District (LVUSD) is a K-12 school district in north-west Los Angeles County, USA consisting of 14 public schools in the cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Westlake Village, and several small portions of the West Hills section of Los Angeles.  if it does not develop it as a park, civic office or library.

The council has considered building a city center on two city-owned parcels at Agoura Road and Oak Crest Drive, and at Foxfield Drive. They have also considered buying and tearing tearĀ·ing

City Manager Ray Taylor Ray Taylor has been the name of two characters from EastEnders.

 said he will meet with each council member individually to hear their concerns and develop a report for consideration probably by April.

``We'll just see where this goes,'' Taylor said.
