Written solely by Simi Valley students, the play is about a father who manages to find humor and tenderness in his memories, despite the sudden tragedy which strikes his family. The three-part pilot was originally known simply as The Transformers ,'' is scheduled to be presented Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. with a 3 p.m. matinee Sunday in the Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre. at the school, 4500 Tierra Rejada Road. The story is about young Stanley Nichols, who has become a popular writer of children's books under the pseudonym Grandma Letty.
