Singles group plans 3-day social cruise

THOUSAND OAKS Thousand Oaks, residential city (1990 pop. 104,352), Ventura co., S Calif., in a farm area; inc. 1964. Avocados, citrus, vegetables, strawberries, and nursery products are grown.  - One Again Inc., a social and support group for singles, is organizing a three-day cruise in November November: see month. .

Recreation booklet of classes due out

THOUSAND OAKS - The Conejo Recreation and Park District will mail its Fall 1996 brochure of classes and activities the week of Aug. 10.

Mail-in registration runs Aug. 13-31. Late registration begins Sept. 9 at the community centers. Programs begin the week of Sept. 23.
