There is a $50 fee for the application, processing, photos and fingerprints, and an additional $95 payment must be made to the Immigration and Naturalization Service Noun 1. SIMI VALLEY - The American Red Cross American Red Cross: see Red Cross.  East Valley District Office is offering 15 hours of training for child care providers March 19 and March 20 from 6 to 10 p.m., and March 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The course will take place at the east district office, 1919 Williams St., Suite 200, Simi Valley.

Students will learn pediatric first aid, and how to respond to respiratory and cardiac emergencies with infants and children.

This course meets state requirements for licensing of a child care provider.

Cost is $65, which includes three books and a bandage pack.
