A 55-year-old Oxnard woman reported that the two youths, ages 13 and 16, attempted to force her from her car in a parking lot in the 900 block of Ventura Road about 4 p.m. Monday. The woman said the younger male reached through the open driver's window, grabbed her arm, and told her to leave the car, police said. The victim drove away and called police from a pay phone. Two Oxnard police officers, with help from witnesses, located and arrested the two youths. No weapons were used and there were no injuries, police said.
