Two schools in Las Virgenes Unified - Willow and White Oak elementaries - have already been designated as Blue Ribbon Schools, but Yerba Buena School Principal Sandra Argast wants to add that school to the list. Teachers and parents worked for hours on the application, making sure they included everything, she said. ''I've really felt very strongly that we had a good chance. We have a cohesive staff and involved parents,`` Argast said. ''I feel really optimistic because I know our school.`` |
