 unanimously approved plans Tuesday for a condominium complex in the Fair Oaks Ranch Fair Oaks Ranch may be:

 subdivision just east of Santa Clarita.

At the request of Fifth District Supervisor Michael Antonovich, the county planning staff will keep tabs on whether the developer of the 156- unit complex fulfills its agreement to build the project to the city of Santa Clarita's standards, which include wide sidewalks and landscaped medians.
