Concert has established itself among the leaders in the manufacture and supply of thermal bonded air-laid paper in Canada. The Company manufactures and distributes parent rolls of specialized absorbent absorbent /ab·sor·bent/ (-sor´bent)

The Company's leased production facilities of 50,000 square feet are located in Thurso, Que. Sales for the fiscal year ended February 28, 1995 were $2,216,993, substantially all of which were achieved in the third and fourth quarters.

Concert Industries has recently announced plans to build a second air-laid plant in Torgelow, Germany, in conjunction with two joint venture partners. $1.7 million has already been committed for the engineering of a hybrid air-laid machine to be manufactured by Niro Separation. The new line will produce a diverse range of thermal and latex bonded nonwoven non·wo·ven
