CONCENTRA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES EXPECTED FIRST QUARTER RESULTS.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 1995--Concentra Corporation (NASDAQ: CTRA CTRA - Canadian Telecommunications Resellers Alliance
CTRA - Canadian Therapeutic Recreation Association
CTRA - College Terrace Residents' Association
CTRA - Committee To Restore America
) today announced that it expects earnings per share for the first quarter ending June 30, 1995 to be in the range of $.05 to $.06 per share, which is similar to the $.05 per share on a pro-forma weighted average share basis for the same period in 1994. Revenues for the first quarter are expected to be slightly higher than the same period a year ago.

Lawrence W. Rosenfeld, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, attributed the lower-than-anticipated growth to purchasing delays in a few accounts. "Although the timing of large purchase orders is not always predictable, we are confident about our long-term business outlook. Our sales order pipeline continues to strengthen and our new product development programs are on schedule. We are fully committed to our strategy of providing clients with the solutions necessary to reduce overall cycle time," concluded Rosenfeld.

The company expects to report first-quarter results during the week ending July 21, 1995.
