Formerly Chief Architect at SAIC, Mr. Hutcheson is an expert on complex web sites, advanced scaleable architectures and best practices in electronic commerce. Mr. Hutcheson's client list included NASD, the US Mint, First Data and Johnson &Johnson. He was part of the NetDynamics' Application Server technical team prior to its purchase by Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW).

Mr. Hutcheson held many key positions with database management company XDB Systems, now part of Merant (Nasdaq: MRNT), helping XDB grow sales to $20 million in five years.

Mr. Hutcheson is widely regarded as an information industry pioneer.
